老年原发性高血压患者出院后延续性血压控制管理
[摘要] Abstract:ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the influence of continuous health management on blood pressure and prognosis of senile patients with primary hypertension. Methods A total of 120 senile patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional discharge guidance, while the observation group was given continuous health management. The changes of blood pressure, incidence of cardio-cerebrovascular events and change of life quality score of the two groups after discharge were compared. Results The patients in observation group got lower diastolic and systolic blood pressure, and incidence of cardio-cerebrovascular events compared with the controls (P<0.05). The sores in somatic function, life function, psychological function and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous health management can ensure the implementation of health education, enhance patients′ quality of life, improve blood pressure, and reduce the incidence of cardio-cerebrovascular events.
