中西医结合护理干预对冠心病患者症状改善和负性情绪的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on improvement of symptoms and adverse emotions in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods A total of 100 CHD patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, while the observation group was treated with nursing intervention of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine on the basis of the control group. The diseaserelated symptoms improvement (DRSI) was assessed by selfmade symptom scale and mental status was evaluated by selfrating depression scale (SDS) and selfrating anxiety scale (SAS). Results The improvement of symptoms was significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group at hospital discharge (P<0.01). The SAS and SDS scores decreased significantly in both groups after intervention at hospital discharge (P<0.01), and the improvement of SDS score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Implementation of nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with CHD can relieve symptoms and improve the adverse emotions.
