自制口腔分泌物收集袋在全麻俯卧位手术患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe application effect of homemade collection bag for oral secretions. Methods A total of 60 surgical patients were divided into control group(30 cases) and experimental group(30 cases) according to the date of surgery. Conventional nursing was given to control group, while homemade collection bag for oral secretions were given to the experimental group. Pollution situation of local environment around the mouth, secretion infiltration condition in facial skin, skin complications around month, nursing workload and nurses′satisfaction were compared. Results Local environment pollution and the skin dampness condition around the mouth in experimental group were significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in skin complications around month(P>0.05). Time of terminal disposal was shorter and nurses′ satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Homemade collection bags for oral secretions can improve skin dampness condition around the mouth of patients with general anesthesia, reduce iatrogenic pollution and the nurse workload, and improve nursing satisfaction.
