紫草油早期预防性使用降低新生儿红臀发生率的护理研究

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the role of early use of Lithospermum oil in reducing the incidence of neonatal red buttock. Methods A total of 200 newborns were divided into 2 groups, respectively given conventional nursing and early use of self-made Lithospermum oil for hip nursing, the incidence of red buttock were compared between the two groups. Results There were 10 cases occurring red buttock in the conventional group, the incidence rate was 10%; there were 5 cases occurring red buttock in the Lithospermum oil care group, the incidence was 5%. The incidence of red buttock in the Lithospermum oil care group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early use of Lithospermum oil can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal red buttock.
