全甲状腺切除术后低钙血症患者的临床观察及护理

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT：Objective To explore the clinical symptoms of the total thyroidectomy hypocalcemia (PHC) in patients and its nursing measures. Methods A total of 50 patients with hypocalcemia receiving total thyroidectomy in our hospital were selected, and all patients underwent nursing intervention, serum calcium levels before and after nursing intervention were analyzed, and the effect of prognosis were observed. Results After one to ten days of operation, serum calcium level was lower than operation before (P<0.05), postoperative serum calcium level in 15 days returned to preoperative level, and there was no significant difference compared with the preoperative serum calcium level (P>0.05). During follow-up, no permanent hypocalcemia patients were found, the recovery rate was 100.00%. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for total thyroidectomy patients with hypocalcemia can improve the clinical symptoms of hypocalcemia, shorten rehabilitation time, and improve the life quality of the patients, so it is worthy of clinical application.
