强化院内感染管理在改进手术室护理管理质量中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the efficacy of enhanced nosocomial infection management on nursing quality in operating room. Methods Fourteen nurses were recruited as research subjects, and related nursing quality before implementation of nosocomial infection management (from Aug.2012 to Aug. 2013, as control group) and after (from Sep.2013 to Sep. 2014, as observation group) were evaluated and compared. Results Assessment indexes including disinfection and isolation, first aid equipment and medicine, nursing documentation, satisfaction of doctor and patients, awareness of blood purification standard, operation standards, disinfection rate were better improved in the observatin group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Enhanced nosocomial infection management can improve the nursing quality and working skills in operating room.
