维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒针对性护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing on skin pruritus in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 35 maintenance hemodialysis patients with skin pruritus were recruited as research subjects, receiving targeted interventions for skin pruritus based on conventional nursing. The degree of skin pruritus was assessed by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) before and 2 weeks after intervention. Results The VAS score was (8.06±2.54) before intervention and was (3.36±1.83) after intervention, and a significant difference was observed in VAS score before and after intervention (P＜0.01). Conclusion The skin pruritus can be alleviated by implementation of specific nursing interventions for maintenance hemodialysis patients.
