综合围术期护理在输尿管结石行输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗中的应用效果

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive perioperative nursing in the treatment of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods A total of 100 patients with ureteral calculi treated with holmium laser lithotripsy were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing in the perioperative period, and the patients in the observation group were treated comprehensive perioperative nursing. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P>0.05). The stones dispel time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in control group (P<0.05). The success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the residual rate of stone in 3 months after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). In addition, the incidence of complications in 3 months after surgery in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the treatment effect of ureteral calculi treated by holmium laser lithotripsy.
