集束化循证护理干预在支气管哮喘中的应用及对患者预后的影响

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the feasibility of evidence-based bundle care in bronchial asthma and its effect on prognosis of patients. Methods A total of 80 bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with evidence-based bundle care and conventional nursing, respectively. The scores of Asthma Therapy Assessment Questionnaire (ATAQ), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and EORTC QLQ-C30 were evaluated before and after intervention. Results Asthma control in the intervention group was better than that in the controls (P＜0.05). The SAS scores after intervention were improved in two groups and the intervention group received lower SAS score compared with the controls after nursing intervention(P＜0.05). And the intervention group had higher EORTC QLQ-C30 score than the controls after nursing intervention(P＜0.01). Conclusion Evidence-based bundle nursing can improve the disease control, relieve anxiety status and improve quality of life in bronchial asthma patients.
