改良Seldinger技术在非超声引导下PICC置管中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of modified Seldinger technique(MST)in peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)without ultrasound guidance.Methods A total of 50 patients undergoing PICC were included in this study. The MST and PICC intubation by forearm veins was carried out without guidance of ultrasound. The catheterization outcome and related nursing measures were summarized.Results Of 50 patients undergoing PICC, 46 cases(92.0%)were successfully catheterized without PICC misplacement under radiography.Conclusion To those patient with palpable forearm veins, application of MST without guidance of ultrasound is an effective way of ensuring successful rate of venipuncture and improve the comfort level of patient with PICC.
