护理质量指标建立和改进在降低产后出血率中的作用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of establishment and improvement of nursing quality index to reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods To determine five nursing quality indexes by literature review and Delphi method, including identifying high risk of postpartum hemorrhage, hemorrhage observation in time, standard operation at stage of labor, first aid skills and estimation on amount of bleeding. A total of 126 pregnant women were included as the control group before implementation of nursing quality improvement(in July 2015), another 715 cases were recruited as the study group after implementation of improvement(between August 2015 and December 2015). The result to the assessment of five nursing quality indexes and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage were compared between two groups. Results Rates of identifying high risk of postpartum hemorrhage, hemorrhage observation in time, standard operation at stage of labor, qualified first aid skills and accurate estimation on amount of bleeding were higher in the study group than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 8.67%(62/715)in the study group and was 14.29%(18/126)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishment and improvement of nursing quality index is potentially effective to reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage and to improve the nursing quality level.
