循证护理在预防白内障术后并发症中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in prevention of postoperative complications of cataract surgery.Methods A total of 99 patients undergoing phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation were randomly divided into the control group(n=49)and the study group(n=50). The control group received routine nursing care after operation while the study group was given evidence-based nursing interventions. The incidence of postoperative complications was observed and compared between two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.00%(3/50)in the study group and was 26.53%(13/49)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is an effective way in prevention of postoperative complications of cataract surgery.
