整合式心理护理干预对肝移植患者情绪的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of integrated mental nursing intervention on emotions of patients with liver transplantation. Methods A total of 46 patients with liver transplantation were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 23 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, while the observation group was treated with additional integrated mental intervention. Clinical efficacy, the overall health score, overall score of quality of life, scores of SAS and SDS were compared between two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P<0.05). Quality of life and recovery condition in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated mental nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression emotions in patients with liver transplantation and improve the quality of postoperative life.
