经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的观察及护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of perioperative nursing on psychology,postoperative complications and treatment compliance in radial artery patients with coronary angiography. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing radial artery coronary angiography were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group used general care while the observation group applied perioperative nursing. Anxiety and depression, compliance rate and complication were compared. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group. The compliance rate was significantly higher and complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing can improve anxiety and depression symptoms, treatment adherence and reduce the complications rate.
