建立脑卒中患者健康指导课程和干预效果评价
[摘要] Abstract:Objectives To establish the health guidance curriculum for stroke patients and to evaluate its effect on the promotion of knowledge awareness and satisfaction degree. Methods A total of 59 patients with stroke were selected to participate in the health guidance curriculum, 10 to 12 patients in each session (totally 5 sessions). The self-made questionnaire was used to survey knowledge of stroke and satisfaction degree before and after health guidance curriculum. Results The score of knowledge of stroke and satisfaction degree were (41.12±17.8) and 100% before the health guidance curriculum, which were significantly lower than (52.45±10.2) and 96.22% after the health guidance curriculum (P<0.01). Conclusion The establishment of health guidance curriculum can significantly promote the knowledge awareness of stroke patients.
