优质护理在经尿道前列腺电切术中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of high quality nursing in transurethral resection of the prostate.Methods A total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated with transurethral resection of the prostate were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care and the high quality nursing intervention was performed in the observation group. The time of continuous bladder irrigation, time of indwelling catheter, length of stay and incidence of complications were observed and compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had shorter time of continuous bladder irrigation, time of indwelling catheter and length of stay compared with those in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01). The incidence of complications was 1.67 %( 1/60)in the observation group and was 16.67%(10/60)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of high quality nursing intervention can reduce the risk of complications and promote the rehabilitation in patients with transurethral resection of the prostate.
