尿液过滤器在门诊体外震波碎石患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the selfmade urine filter in outpatients with treatment of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). Methods A total of 300 outpatients with treatment of ESWL were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 150 cases in each group. The urine sample was collected by conventional containers in the control group and by selfmade urine filter in the study group, and the calculi in urinary sediments were observed. The total urination within 10 days after treatment, compliance of patients to urine collection, positive observation with urinary calculi and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The study group had higher compliance to urine collection (χ2=1 602.000， P＜0.01), more positive observation with urinary calculi (χ2=1 111.850， P＜0.01) and better nursing satisfaction (χ2=24518， P＜0.01) compared with the control group. Conclusion Selfmade urine filter is an effective tool to collect sufficient quantity of urinary calculus in outpatients with ESWL.
