护理风险管理在肿瘤化疗患者不良事件中的效果分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore effect of nursing risk management on adverse events of tumor patients with chemotherapy. Methods A total of 120 tumor patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into management group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing while the management group received nursing risk management. The nursing errors, bed-falling, occurrence of venous leakage and their nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events in management group is lower than that in the control group, while the satisfaction of the management group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk management can reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patients′ satisfaction.
