PICC导管在骨科重症患者中的应用及护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the application and nursing of PICC catheter in patients with severe disease in department of orthopedics. Methods A total of 39 patients with severe disease were randomly divided into PICC group and indwelling needle group. Incidence rates of phlebitis, effusion and cost of vein equipment were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rates of phlebitis and effusion in the PICC group were 0% and 0%, which were significantly lower than 100% and 53% in the indwelling needle group (P<0.05). Daily cost of the PICC group was (15±2.2) RMB, which was significantly lower than (35±2.9) RMB in the indwelling needle group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of PICC in treatment of patients with severe disease in department of orthopedics can reduce the incidence of phlebitis and effusion as well as the therapeutic costs.
