针灸治疗周围性面瘫的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore effect of targeted intervention on peripheral facial paralysis patients with acupuncture treatment. Methods A total of 90 peripheral facial paralysis patients were divided into the control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45) according to a randomized, single blind, parallel control principle of design. All the patients were treated with acupuncture treatment. The control group was given additional routine nursing, while the observation group was given additional targeted nursing intervention. Total efficiency, score of simple evaluation scale for peripheral facial paralysis and healing time were compared between two groups. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, score of simple evaluation scale for peripheral facial paralysis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionIn  the acupuncture treatment for patients with peripheral facial paralysis, targeted nursing intervention can significantly ensure the comprehensive curative effect, relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients, so it is worthy of popularization and application.
