临床护理路径在脑梗死患者康复功能训练中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path in rehabilitation training for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routing nursing care while the observation group was given clinical nursing path in rehabilitation training. The Barthel index(BI), Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scale and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results There were 42 cases in observation group and 43 cases in the control group available for evaluation. The BI and FMA scale of patients were increased in both of two groups at discharge compared with those assessed at admission(P<0.01), and were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01). The incidence of complication was 23.81%(10/42)in the observation group and was 69.77%(30/43)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion Application of clinical nursing path can improve the motor rehabilitation and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with cerebral infarction.
