局部枸橼酸抗凝在酒精中毒致挤压综合征患者连续性血液净化治疗中的应用及护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of regional citrate anticoagulation in continuous blood purification (CBP) for patients with crush syndrome caused by alcoholism and to discuss the related nursing measures. Methods A total of 5 patients with crush syndrome caused by alcoholism were given CBP and related nursing measures. The blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr) and creatine phosphate kinase (CPK), uric myoglobin (Mb), serum K+ and urine volume were compared before and after treatment. Results Five patients with recovered renal function successfully discharged from the hospital. All patients had lower levels of BUN, Scr, CPK, Mb and K+ and higher urine volume after treatment when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion It is safe to apply regional citrate anticoagulation in CBP for patients with crush syndrome caused by alcoholism.
