集束化护理在晚期肺癌患者PICC导管维护中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the cluster nursing intervention on peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)maintenance in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 291 patients with advanced lung cancer receiving PICC treatment were randomly divided into the control group(n=142)and the study group(n=149). Both two groups were given routing nursing care for PICC maintenance, and the study group was applied with cluster nursing interventions. The catheterized success rate, incidence of catheter-related complications and satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two groups.Results The study group had a lower incidence of catheter blockage and dislocation, a higher rate of one-time catheterized success rate compared with the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 92.62%(138/149)in the study group and was 73.24%(104/142)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention is potentially effective to reduce the risk of catheter-related complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with advanced lung cancer.
