集束化护理模式在预防导尿管相关性感染中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of optimized bundles of nursing care model in prevention of catheterassociated urinary tract infection (CAUTI). Methods A total of 300 patients with indwelling catheter were randomly divided into the control group and the study group randomly, with 150 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing methods, while the optimized bundles of nursing care model was performed in test group. The incidence of CAUTI was compared between the two groups. Results  The incidence of CAUTI in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group at day 7, 14 and 21 after intervention respectively (P＜0.01). Conclusion The optimized bundles of nursing care model can effectively decrease the risk of CAUTI in patients with indwelling catheter.
