预防性护理在急诊输液中的应用效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing in emergency transfusion. Methods A total of 120 emergency infusion patients in our hospital were selected and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing while the observation group received preventive nursing. Safety consciousness and behaviors, mental states in patients of the two groups were observed. Results There were significant difference in self-interruption of infusion, emergency treatment of infusion abnormalities, participation in the check of drugs, selfadjust of the dropping speed and other safety consciousness and behaviors of patients in the observation group (P<0.05). The score of anxiety factor, interpersonal sensitive factor and other mental states of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Preventive nursing in emergency transfusion is practical and feasible. And it can improve transfusion safety awareness and behavior of patients, reduce the risk of transfusion, ensure the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, alleviate negative mood of patients, and improve the quality of nursing. so it is worthy of promotion.
