5E康复干预对慢性精神分裂症患者自理能力的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the 5E rehabilitation intervention on self-care ability of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received antipsychotics and conventional nursing care, while the 5E rehabilitation intervention was performed in the study group. The self-care ability was evaluated by activity of daily living(ADL)and the disturbance of behavior was assessed by nurses’observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE).Results Patients in both groups achieve an increase in score of ADL and positive factors of NOSIE, and a decrease in negative factor of NOSIE at 8 weeks after intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Patients in the study group achieved better outcomes of ADL and NOSIE compared with those in the control group at 8 weeks after intervention, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion 5E rehabilitation intervention can improve the self-care ability and social adaptability of patients with chronic schizophrenia.
