食管癌放疗患者护理中人性化理念的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the concept of humanistic nursing in nursing care of esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy. Methods A total of 100 esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional nursing care and the observation group was applied with humanistic nursing interventions. The nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.0% in the observation group and was 74.0% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). The observation group had a higher score in quality of life compared with the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion Application of concept of humanistic nursing can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy.
