流产后关爱服务对人工流产术后避孕措施的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of postabortion care services on contraception compliance after induced abortion. Methods A total of 226 cases of childbearingage women without desire of fertility were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 113 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education on contraception after induced abortion, while the observation group was given health education based on the procedure of postabortion care services. The contraception adherence and postoperative menstruation recovery conditions were compared between two groups 6 months after operation. Results The rate of choosing effective contraceptive measures was 72.56%(82/113) in the observation group and was 31.86%(36/113) in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). The rate of choosing inefficient contraceptive measures or without contraceptive measures was lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0.01). The observation group had a shorter menstrual recovery period compared with the control group ［(48.28±12.36) d vs. (70.36±11.37) d, P＜0.01］. Conclusion The postabortion care services is helpful to improve contraception compliance and recovery after induced abortion.
