整体护理对烧伤患者自理能力和生活质量的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing care on selfcare ability and quality of life in patients with burn injury. Methods A total of 100 patients with burn injury were randomly divided into the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=50), both with conventional treatment and nursing care. The observation group was applied with the holistic nursing intervention additionally .The selfcare ability and quality of life after intervention were compared between two groups. Results the observation group reached a higher rate of selfcare ability, better clinical efficacy and higher score of burn specific health scalebrief scale (BSHSB) compared with the control group after the intervention( P＜0.05). Conclusion Findings indicate the holistic nursing care as an effective way to improve the selfcare ability and quality of life in patients with burn injury.
