优质护理服务在门诊输液中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing interventions in outpatient infusion room.Methods A total of 126 outpatients with transfusion treatment were assigned to the control group and the observation group according to the admission sequence, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was given convention outpatient nursing care, and the observation group received high quality nursing interventions. The nursing quality and satisfaction of patients were evaluated by self-made questionnaires.Results Patients in the observation rated higher score on nursing quality and were more satisfied with the nursing service compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in incidence of nursing errors between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of high quality nursing service is potentially effective to improve the quality of outpatient transfusion and nursing satisfaction.
