综合疼痛教育在严重烧伤患者疼痛管理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive pain education in the pain management of patients with burn. Methods A total of 189 patients with burn were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the number of hospitalization. The control group was given routine health education and the experimental group was given comprehensive pain education. Pain intensity, pain beliefs, anxiety and depression, quality of life and the satisfaction degree of medical staffs were compared between two groups. Results After education, there were significant differences in pain intensity, pain beliefs, quality of life, satisfaction degree to nurses between the groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive pain education for patients with burn can enhance patient’s awareness of pain management knowledge, improve the effect of pain control and reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression.
