前馈控制在防范门急诊药源性双硫仑样反应护理干预中应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of feed forward control in nursing intervention for prevention of druginduced doublesulfurlike reaction in outpatient and emergency departments. MethodsA total of 120 patients with drug-induced doublesulfurlike reaction in outpatient and emergency departments were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intravenous drug use and nursing education, while the observation group was given feed forward control on the basis of the control group. Incidence rate of doublesulfurlike reaction after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of doublesulfurlike reaction in the observation group was 1.67%, which was significantly lower than 6.67% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Feed forward control can significantly reduce the incidence rate of druginduced doublesulfurlike reaction and ensure the safety of medication.
