品管圈活动在预防老年患者跌倒中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the quality control circle(QCC)activities in prevention of fall risk in elderly patients.Methods A total of 136 elderly patients were selected as the control group between December 2015 and April 2016. The QCC group was set up and another 136 elderly patients were included as the observation group May 2016 and September 2016. the potential fall risk in elderly patients were analyzed and the corresponding nursing interventions were carried out according to the level of risk.Results There was no significant difference in incidence of fall between two groups(P>0.05). The achieving rate of fall risk prevention was 131.90% and the progress rate was 83.45%. The nursing satisfaction rate was 98.53%(134/136)in the observation group and was 82.35%(112/136)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC activity is an effectively way to reduce the fall risk of elderly patients.
