综合性情景模拟演练在护生实习前护理培训中的应用研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive scene simulation training on nursing students in pre internship nursing training, and to provide reference for similar nursing training.Methods 110 undergraduate nursing students were selected as research subjects and divided into the control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group.The observation group received comprehensive scene simulation training, and the control group received routine nursing training.After the training, the 2 groups of students to compare the nursing knowledge theory, nursing skills, while comparing the 2 groups of students for the degree of satisfaction and recognition of this nursing training.Results Observation group nursing theory, nursing skills assessment were significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05); observation group for nursing training satisfaction and recognition rate was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Before the nursing undergraduate students' practice, the training of comprehensive situational simulation training can effectively improve the knowledge and skills of nursing, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
