脑出血患者呼吸道的管理方式研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze hemorrhage in patients with respiratory tract nursing methods. Methods A total of 140 cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into control group with routine care and observation group with comprehensive nursing intervention, nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in pH, SpO2, p(CO2) and p(O2) of two groups (P>0.05); After nursing, compared with control group, pH, SpO2, p(CO2) and p(O2) improved significantly (P<0.05); There were significant difference in nursing satisfaction, hospitalization expenses, FMA score and the Barthel index score of two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical comprehensive nursing intervention for the cerebral hemorrhage patients can ensure respiratory tract unobstructed, prevent lung infection, reduce complications, and increase disease cure rate, so it is of great value for popularization.
