慢性乙型肝炎合并重度黄疸患者应用中医整体护理的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese medical nursing for patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) combined severe jaundice. Methods A total of 74 CHB patients with severe jaundice were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=38) and the control group (n=36). Both two groups were given liver protection and antiviral therapy the control group was given conventional nursing care, while treatment group was given Chinese herbal decoction and integrated nursing measures. The clinical effects and jaundice duration were compared between two group, and the levels of total bilirubin in serum (TBil), endotoxin, tumor necrosis factorα (TNFα) and Interleukin6(IL6) were observed before and after treatment. Results the overall effective rate was 94.7％ in the treatment group and was 61.1% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The jaundice duration was shorter in the treatment group than that of controls (P＜0.05). The patients in the treatment group had a lower level of TBiL, endotoxin, TNFα and IL6 compared with those in the control group (P＜0.05or P＜0.01). Conclusion Application of integrated traditional Chinese medical nursing can improve the clinical effect in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B combined severe jaundice.
