针对性护理干预对胃癌化疗患者焦虑的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on anxiety of gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods A total of 82 gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with routine nursing, while the control group was treated with targeted nursing intervention. Improvement of anxiety was compared between two groups. Results After the intervention, the SDS and HAMA scores significantly decreased in the observation group (P<0.05), the SDS score significantly decreased in the control group (P<0.05), and the SDS and HAMA scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of targeted nursing intervention can obviously improve the anxiety in gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy.
