持续颅内压监护中的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing measures in continuous monitoring of intracranial pressure. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients undergoing continuous monitoring of intracranial pressure were retrospectively collected. Their disease prognosis, monitoring methods and nursing measures were summarized and analyzed. Results Nine cases with intracranial pressure over 60 mmHg received  second operation for decompression. All 9 patients were further stabilized in hospital for more than 2 weeks, in which 1 case died from pulmonary infection and 1cases was persistent vegetative state. Conclusion Implementation of continuous monitoring of intracranial pressure is valuable in severity judgment and guiding treatment. It is required to carry out highquality nursing and sterile operation process, in order to prevent complication and improve prognosis.
