中药薰洗联合液体敷料治疗新生儿红臀的疗效观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fuming and washing combined with liquid dressing in treatment of neonatal red buttock.Methods A total of 100 neonates with red buttock were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given oxygen blowing on perianal area and external use of zinc ointment, while the observation group was given combined therapy including oxygen blowing on perianal area, liquid dressing(3MTM CavilonTM), and TCM fuming and washing. The clinical effect and red buttock healing time were compared between two groups.Results The overall effective rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05). the healing time in neonates with I,Ⅱand Ⅲ grade red buttock were shorter in the observation group than those of neonates respectively, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Using TCM fuming and washing in combination with liquid dressing can improve the healing of neonatal red buttock.
