青光眼小梁切除术后低眼压性浅前房的临床护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical features and nursing measures for postoperative low tension shallow anterior chamber in glaucoma patients with trabeculectomy. Methods A total of 90 glaucoma patients with low tension shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy were divided into experimental group (odd number) and control group (even number) according to the patient′s number of medical record, 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the experimental group were given the holistic nursing. Nursing outcomes were compared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Secondary operation rate and incidence rate of adverse reaction in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and anterior chamber recovery time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, intraocular pressure increased significantly in both groups. Intraocular pressure in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of holistic nursing can effectively promote the rehabilitation and improve nursing satisfaction degree in glaucoma patients with low tension shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy.
