康复期脑卒中患者社会参与度相关因素研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the related factors of social participation of patients with stroke during rehabilitation period.Methods A total of 204 patients with stroke were selected as the study subjects, and their level of social participation was measured by social participation scale(IPA). Results With the 4 dimensions of the questionnaire as the dependent variable, the 8 basic cases were used as the independent variables to carry on the multiple linear regression analysis, The results showed that gender, age, time of onset, sequela, activity of daily living(ADL)scores and Hospital anxiety and depression scale(HAD)were affected by social participation(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The social participation of patients with stroke is generally low, especially in social life. It is required to carry out professional psychological counseling to patients, reduce the negative emotions caused by the disease, and encourage patients to participate in social life.
