综合护理干预对慢性支气管炎、肺气肿患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the negative emotion and sleep quality of patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema. Methods The patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The observation group was given the comprehensive nursing and control group was given the conventional nursing. The negative emotion and sleep quality were evaluated in both groups. Results During the treatment, the negative emotions and sleep quality in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of negative emotions in patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema, improve the patient′s sleep quality and the overall nursing quality.
