食管癌术后早期肠内营养结合肠外营养的临床效果观察
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition in patients with esophageal cancer during postoperative period. Methods A total of 60 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received intravenous parenteral nutrition, and the observation group was given early enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition. The recovery time of bowel function, nutrition indicator at 7 days after operation, length of stay and postoperative complication were observed and compared between two groups. Results The observation group had a earlier recovery time of bowel function and shorter length of stay compared with the control group (P<0.01). the incidence of postoperative complication was 10.00%(3/30) in the observation group and was 33.33%(10/30) in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). The observation group achieved a higher level of lymphocyte count, albumin, transferring, hemoglobin and prealbumin compared with the control group 7 days after operation (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The early enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition support is conducive to the recovery of intestinal function and reducing the risk of complication, as well as the length of stay in patients with esophageal cancer after operation.
