个性化护理在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing care in schizophrenic patients at recovery stage. Methods A total of 88 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into the observation  group and the control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing care and the observation group was given individualized nursing care. The assessment result of brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) and social disability screening schedule (SDSS) were compared between two groups at admission and 1 month after treatment. Results The BPRS and SDSS score were decreased in both two groups 1 month after treatment (P＜0.01), and were significant lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion Individualized nursing care can improve the mental status and social function in schizophrenic patients at recovery stage.
