慢性伤口护理中负压技术联合湿性敷料的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of negative pressure wound therapy combined with moist dressing in treatment and nursing care of chronic wounds. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic wounds were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional nursing and moist dressing, and the observation group was applied with negative pressure wound therapy combined with moist dressing. The clinical effect, wound healing time and time of dressing change were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment was 95.00% in the observation group and was 70.00% in the control group (P＜0.05). The observation group had shorter wound healing time and less time of dressing change compared with the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Negative pressure wound therapy combined with moist dressing can effectively improve the chronic wounds healing.
