中西医结合护理在单纯性胸腰椎压缩骨折中应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods A total of 80 patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received the routing nursing care and observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention. Results All patients were followedup after operation. The overall effective rate was 95.0%(38/40) in the observation group and was  75.0%(30/40) in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion Application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can improve the rehabilitation of patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture.
