优质护理在CT增强检查患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective TO investigate the effect of high quality nursing service on treatment of patients with contrastenhanced CT scan. Methods A total of 500 patients with contrastenhanced CT scan from August 2014 to October 2014 were selected as the observation group, and another 500 patients with same examination from May 2014 to July 2014 were selected as the control group. Both groups were given conventional nursing care, and the observation group was applied with high quality nursing intervention. The adverse reaction and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of adverse reaction was 2.8% in observation group and 3.0% in the control group. The nursing satisfaction rate was 83.6% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 72.6% in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can increase the nursing satisfaction rate.
