电动吸引装置在洗胃中的应用效果分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the efficacy of electric suction device for gastric lavage. Methods A total of 60 acute oral poisoned patients were randomly divided into study group, control group 1 and control group 2, 20 cases in each group. The electric suction device, electro-stomach irrigator and syringe were applied for gastric lavage in study group, control group 1 and control group 2 respectively. The effective rate of food residue clearance, poison clearance, gastric lavage length, complications and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results There were no significant differences in food residue clearance, poison clearance, gastric lavage length between study group and control group 1 (P>0.05). The rate of food residue clearance and poison clearance in control group 2 were significantly lower than those in study group and control group 1 (P<0.05), and the gastric lavage length was shorter in study group and control group 1 than that in control group 2 (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in incidence rates of complications and adverse reactions between study group and control group 1 (P>0.05). Conclusion Electric suction device has the same efficacy as electro-stomach irrigator in gastric lavage for acute oral poisoned patients.
