舒适护理对缓解外科手术患者术后疼痛的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing interventions on postoperative pain of patients with surgical treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients with surgical treatment were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care, and the comfort nursing interventions were applied in the study group. The pain degree by visual analogue scale(VAS)at 24 and 72 hours after operation, as well as satisfaction degree of patients at discharge, were compared between two groups.Results The VAS score was decreased in both two groups at 72 hours after discharge compare with that at 24 hours after discharge, and was lower in the study group than that of controls(P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate was 92.0%(46/50)in the study group and was 68.0%(34/50)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing measures could effectively relieve the pain and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients after surgical treatment.
