疼痛管理对患者术后疼痛及焦虑情绪的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of pain management on postoperative pain and anxiety in patients with abdominal operation. Methods A total of 80 patients with abdominal operation were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given pain management on the basis of the control group. The VAS scores and postoperative anxiety indexes at different time points were compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences in scores of VAS at 12, 24 and 48h after operation between two groups (P<0.01). The scores of postoperative anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity, somatization and obsessivecompulsive symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Pain management can significantly relieve postoperative pain symptoms in patients with abdominal operation and improve anxiety of patients.
